People
The People section shows who has started it, where they are, and when their next email goes. Choose refresh to update it.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In progress | Waiting for their next step. Next says which and when. |
| Finished | Reached the end. |
| Stopped | Left the journey, for example because they unsubscribed. The reason is shown. |
| Failed | A step could not be completed after several tries. Try again from here retries it. |
Each step also shows its own counts once people reach it: sent, opened and clicked for emails, handed over for team handovers, done for the rest, and any bounced or skipped.
Versions
Every save and every switch-on is kept as a version, with who made it, when, how many steps it had and how many people started on it. Restore makes an earlier one current. People part-way through carry on from where they are when it changes.
