AI agents

Give an AI agent its own inbox

Create an agent with an address on your domain. It answers routine mail within your rules; anything else waits for you.

On this page

An agent is a real mailbox on your domain, used by an AI rather than a person. People write to it like anyone on your team. The agent reads and answers through its key, within the rules you set, and anything outside them waits in the console for you.

Add an agent

  1. Step 1: Make sure a domain is ready. Every agent gets an address on one of yours.
  2. Step 2: Go to Agents and find Add an agent.
  3. Step 3: Enter a Name, like Sales agent, and choose Its address: the part before the @ and the domain.
  4. Step 4: Choose Add agent. Its page opens while its mailbox is being made, shown as Setting up.
  5. Step 5: Set its rules, then make a key under Keys and connect your agent. See Connect your agent.

The agents list

Each agent shows Working, Paused or Setting up, what it has read and sent today, and how many messages need your approval. Anything waiting appears at the top under Waiting for you.

The record

Every agent's page has a Record: every message it read or sent and every decision about it, such as held for a person, approved, rejected, rules changed or key issued. It is kept, not editable.
