On this page
Under What it may send on an agent's page, you decide what it can do alone. It can always write to colleagues at your domain. Anything outside these rules waits for a person.
The rules
- Name, shown as the sender.
- Without asking, it may also write to: People who wrote to it first (it can answer but not start a conversation), Only the addresses and domains below (a partner, a supplier, one customer; one per line), or Anyone.
- Messages a day, at most: from 0 to 10,000. Over it, messages wait for approval.
- Every message waits for a person: tick it to approve everything yourself.
Choose Save rules. The agent works to them from its next message.
Approve what waits
Held messages appear under Waiting for you, on the agent's page and at the top of Agents, with who it is to, why it waited, and the subject and text. Nothing there has left.
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve and send | It is sent as written. |
| Edit first | Change the text, then Send as edited. |
| Reject | It will not be sent. The agent can see it was rejected. |
Pause an agent
Pause at the top of What it may send stops its key reading or sending until you choose Resume. Mail sent to its address keeps arriving.
