Shared addresses like sales@ and support@
An address that lands in the inboxes of the people you choose. Nobody signs in to it.
Updated 1 min read
A shared address delivers to one or more mailboxes. It has no inbox or password of its own, so there is nothing extra to sign in to: the mail simply arrives with each person you chose.
Create one
- Step 1: Go to Mailboxes and scroll to Shared addresses.
- Step 2: Choose New shared address.
- Step 3: Type the part before the @, like
sales, and pick the domain. - Step 4: Under Lands in, choose each mailbox that should receive it. You can pick from 1 to 50 mailboxes.
- Step 5: Choose Create.
Change or remove one
- Change on its row lets you pick different mailboxes; choose Save.
- The delete button removes the shared address. Mail already delivered stays in each person's inbox.
