Where to paste the two lines on each popular site builder, as the console shows them.

On this page

Copy the script line and the form line from Put it on your site, then follow the steps for your builder. The console shows these same steps under its site builder tabs.

WordPress

  1. Step 1: In the editor, add a Custom HTML block where the form should go.
  2. Step 2: Paste the script line and the form line into it.
  3. Step 3: Update the page. For every page, add the script line once with a header and footer plugin instead.

Shopify

  1. Step 1: Online Store, Themes, Customize. Add a section or block of type Custom Liquid where the form should go.
  2. Step 2: Paste the script line and the form line.
  3. Step 3: Save. For a pop-up on every page, paste both into theme.liquid just before </body>.

Webflow

  1. Step 1: Project settings, Custom code: paste the script line in Footer code and publish.
  2. Step 2: In the Designer, drag an Embed element where the form should go and paste the form line.
  3. Step 3: Publish the site.

Squarespace

  1. Step 1: Settings, Advanced, Code Injection: paste the script line in Footer.
  2. Step 2: On the page, add a Code block where the form should go and paste the form line.
  3. Step 3: Save. Code blocks need a Squarespace Business plan or higher.

Wix

  1. Step 1: Add, Embed Code, Embed HTML, and place it where the form should go.
  2. Step 2: Choose Code, paste the script line and the form line together, and Update.
  3. Step 3: Publish. Wix shows it in its own frame, so a pop-up stays inside that box; use In the page or Just a link there.

Framer

  1. Step 1: Site settings, General, Custom Code: paste the script line at the end of <body>.
  2. Step 2: On the page, insert an Embed component set to HTML and paste the form line.
  3. Step 3: Publish.

Google Tag Manager

  1. Step 1: New tag, Custom HTML: paste the script line, triggered on All Pages.
  2. Step 2: For a pop-up on every page, paste the pop-up line in the same tag.
  3. Step 3: Sign-ups arrive in your data layer as the event rykonmail_subscribe, ready for a conversion tag.

React, Next.js and your own code

  1. Step 1: Load the script once, for example with next/script and strategy="afterInteractive".
  2. Step 2: Render the form line as JSX where it should appear; the script finds forms added later on its own.
  3. Step 3: Listen for the window event rykonmail:subscribed to react in your app, or call window.RykonMailForms.open(id) to open the pop-up yourself.
