My sign-up form is not showing or not collecting sign-ups
Allowed sites, Content Security Policy, a closed form, pop-up snoozes and confirmation emails.

The form does not appear
- Is the form Open? A closed form says This form is no longer open.
- Is the script line on the page as well as the form line? Use Check under Put it on your site to look for it.
- Did you list allowed sites under Only on these sites? The form shows only on those sites and their subdomains, and says This sign-up form is not set up for this site elsewhere.
- A site that hides where its visitors come from (a no-referrer policy) cannot show the form in a frame or pop-up when sites are restricted. Use Your own form there.
- Does your site set a Content Security Policy? Allow
https://app.rykonmail.cominscript-src,frame-srcandconnect-src. - On Wix, pop-ups stay inside the embed's frame. Use In the page or Just a link.
The pop-up stopped showing
After a visitor closes it, a pop-up stays away for 14 days, and after they sign up it never shows again. Try a private browser window.
People sign up but do not appear
- With Confirm by email first on, they show under Awaiting confirmation until they use the link. Ask them to check spam for the confirmation email.
- Sign-ups from addresses that bounced or reported spam before are quietly ignored.
- Automated or very fast submissions are filtered out as bots, and very many tries in a short time are slowed down.
- Without the Campaigns add-on, only one form can be open at a time.
