Deleting a form removes it for good. If you only want to stop new sign-ups for a while, choose Close on the form's row instead; Reopen starts them again.
Delete a form
- Step 1: Go to Audience and open Sign-up forms.
- Step 2: On the form's row, choose Edit.
- Step 3: At the foot of the form, under Danger zone, choose Delete form.
- Step 4: Read what will happen, then choose Delete form in the dialog. You are taken back to the list of forms.
What happens
- The form's link and every embed of it stop working at once, on every site it was placed on.
- The people who signed up on it stay in your audience, with the record of what they agreed to. Nobody is unsubscribed.
- It cannot be undone. A new form gets a new link and new embed code.
When it is refused
A form cannot be deleted while an automation starts from it, because that automation would then start for every sign-up. The dialog names the automations; change their trigger or delete them under Automations, then delete the form.
