Remove a domain
Take a domain off Rykon Mail once its mailboxes are gone. Mail to it stops arriving here.

Removing a domain takes it off your account and off our mail servers and sending service. Mail to it no longer arrives at Rykon Mail, and nothing is sent from it.
Before you start
- Delete every mailbox on the domain first, under Mailboxes, since each one holds mail. See Create and manage mailboxes.
- Cancel any campaign that is scheduled, sending or paused from the domain.
- If you are moving the domain to another provider, point its MX records there first so no mail is lost.
Remove a domain
- Step 1: Go to Domains and open the domain.
- Step 2: At the foot of its page, under Danger zone, choose Remove domain.
- Step 3: Type the domain name to confirm, then choose Remove domain. You are taken back to Domains.
When it is refused
While the domain still has mailboxes, the dialog says so and names up to five of them. While a campaign is scheduled or sending from it, the dialog says to cancel it first. Nothing is removed until both are clear.
