My campaign will not send
The check on the last step lists everything that stops it. The usual causes and their fixes.

Open the campaign and go to Check and send. Everything that stops it is listed in red, and each item jumps to where it is fixed. Approve, Send and Schedule open once nothing stops it and your last change is saved.
| What stops it | Fix |
|---|---|
| No postal address | Add it under Settings, Sender details. |
| No subject, or no sender domain | Fill them in on Sender and subject. |
| The domain is not ready | Finish setting it up in Domains. Only ready domains can send. |
| Nobody will receive it | Loosen the audience rules, or check that people are subscribed rather than awaiting confirmation. |
| An unknown or misspelt merge field | Fix it on Personalisation; Show me finds it. |
| A "Never say" word from your brand | Reword the sentence it names. |
| A subject test with groups too small to compare | Test on a larger share of the audience, or lower the minimum per subject. |
| Sending is paused for the account | A payment overdue more than 7 days, or a spike in bounces or spam reports. Ask from Help. |
| Not enough emails left without the add-on | Turn on the Campaigns, forms and automation add-on in Billing, or send to fewer people. |
Other things to check
- Only owners and admins can approve and send. Members see You can look; an owner or admin makes changes.
- Only a draft can be changed. To send a changed copy of a sent campaign, choose Duplicate.
- A campaign that is Sending but slow is working through your hourly limit. It carries on by itself.
