Mail is not arriving, or is going to spam
Check the MX record, the address, the do-not-mail list and the sending limits, in that order.

Mail is not reaching your mailboxes
- Is the domain Ready or Live in Domains, with the MX record Published? Until the MX record points at Rykon Mail, mail still goes to your previous provider.
- Are old MX records still in place? The domain's page shows Something else answering. Remove them, or mail is split between providers.
- Does the address exist? An address only receives mail once its mailbox or shared address exists. Check the spelling in Mailboxes.
- Is the mail app connected? Check in the inbox at mail.rykonmail.com, signed in with your Rykon Mail account. If the mail is there, the app needs its settings checked.
Mail you send is not arriving
- Campaigns: open its Results. Bounced and spam reports are counted there, and anyone who bounced before was left out.
- Sending API: the message log on Sending API shows the state and the reason for anything Not sent, Failed or Bounced.
- Hourly limits: large sends wait for the next hour rather than failing. See Sending limits.
- Paused sending: a payment overdue more than 7 days, or a spike in bounces or spam reports, pauses an account's sending. See Bounces, spam reports and paused sending.
Mail is going to spam
- Keep every record Rykon Mail asked for in place, especially the DKIM records. Mail that is not signed for your domain is far more likely to be filtered.
- Send only to people who asked to hear from you, and send consistently rather than in rare large bursts.
- Use a from name and address people recognise, and a subject that says what is inside.
- Images with descriptions, enough text, and one clear button read as real mail; a single large image does not.
