See it on a phone, in dark mode and with images off, send yourself a test, fix what the check finds, then send now or schedule.

Preview
Preview and test shows the email as a browser draws it. Inboxes differ, so send a test to see it in yours.
- Device: Desktop, Phone or Narrow.
- Format: Designed, Plain text, or the compiled HTML.
- Appearance: Light or Dark. Dark shows the email with its own dark rules switched on, as inboxes that honour dark mode do.
- Images on or Images off, to see what people see before they load pictures.
- As whom: a Sample person, No name on file, Very long name, or Someone on your list.
- Full screen for a closer look. Esc closes it.
The plain-text version is made from the design. To write it yourself, tick Write the plain-text version myself. Your footer and unsubscribe link are added after it either way.
Check
Check and send checks everything: the subject, links, images, contrast, your domain and your audience. Problems that stop the send are listed in red, grouped by area, and each one jumps to where it is fixed. Worth a look lists suggestions that do not stop it. Check again runs it once more.
Send yourself a test
Under Test it, choose Send me a test. A copy marked as a test goes to your own address.
Approve
Owners and admins choose Approve this version once nothing stops it. Approving fixes exactly this version as what will be sent and keeps it as a version. Any change afterwards asks for approval again.
Send now or schedule
- Send to everyone now asks you to confirm with Yes, send it, then opens the results.
- Or set When to send and choose Schedule.
While it sends
- Pause sending stops it part-way. Nobody else receives it until you choose Resume sending.
- Stop for good ends it: nobody left in the queue will receive it.
- Cancel and edit turns a scheduled campaign back into a draft.
