On this page
Campaigns opens with four cards, then every campaign in tabs.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Needs attention | Campaigns that stopped, paused part-way, are not ready (with how many things to fix), or are ready for approval. |
| Scheduled | What sends next, and when. |
| Last campaign | Delivered, opened and clicked for the most recent send. Opens are an estimate. |
| Sending | Which domains are ready to send, how much of this hour's sending you have used, and marketing emails this month, automations included. |
Find a campaign
Tabs filter by All, Drafts, Scheduled, Sending (including paused), Sent and Stopped (including cancelled). Find by name or subject searches within the tab. Drafts show Ready, how many things are left to fix, or Not checked. Other campaigns show how many have been sent.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being written. Only a draft can be changed. |
| Scheduled | Waiting for its send time. Cancel and edit turns it back into a draft. |
| Sending | Going out now, in batches within your hourly limit. |
| Paused | Nobody else receives it until you resume. |
| Sent | Finished. |
| Cancelled | Stopped for good by someone on your team. |
| Stopped | Could not continue. The campaign says why. |
Delete a draft
Drafts have a delete button on their row. Confirm with Delete. Campaigns that have been sent are kept with their results.
