Brand sets how your email looks, how it sounds and what it may say. New campaigns start in this look, writing help follows this voice, and the check before sending holds every campaign to these rules.

Who you are

Your company name, what you do in one line and in more detail, your website, and up to 20 Pages campaigns may link to. Keep them short and true: they are the facts writing help starts from.

How it looks

  • Logo address: an https:// link to a PNG or JPG, about twice the width it is shown at, with its width and a description.
  • Sender picture: a square image shown round beside your name in the previews. Each inbox picks the picture it shows itself.
  • Colours for buttons and links, words on buttons, headings, text, the email background and behind the email. A warning appears when text is hard to read.
  • Typeface (Modern, Classic or Rounded) and corners from 0 to 24 px.

How it sounds

Tone, style notes, a greeting such as Hi {{ name | there }},, a sign-off, and up to 10 button phrases you like. These are suggestions for writing help and your team, never stated as fact.

What you may say

ListWhat it does
Facts you stand behindUp to 40 prices, guarantees, delivery terms and numbers. The only things writing help states as true.
Never sayUp to 40 words or phrases, matched as whole words in any capitalisation. A campaign that uses one cannot send until it is reworded.
DisclaimersUp to 10 texts a campaign should carry, like the terms of an offer. The check points out when one is missing.

Pictures and examples

Up to 30 approved pictures to choose from, and up to 10 example emails you are proud of, for writing help to learn your voice from.

Save and history

Choose Save brand, with an optional note of what changed. Each save is a version: open one under History to preview it, and Restore it to use it again.
